The program does work!!!

The eula during setup did mention a time limit on the program.

I tried every possible way to find out more information on how to get a registration code, and all I was given were a couple of email addresses.

There is not a webpage for this program.

The only page given is wldbiz.com/dssb.

Their site says nothing about the program.

Program works well.

Trial version, not freeware. Can not be registered, HeFi Computers/wldbiz.com are no more.

I didn't get past the first install screen.

As soon as you begin the installation, a splash screen informs you that the software is not free, but will expire within (I can't remember) about 40 days.

Summary: License incorrectly categorized. Not sure why CNet categorized it as a free license. If it is recategorized as shareware, I will retract my review and rating.
